About Our Company:

RECHECK, Inc., a full-service collection agency specializing in small business collections, was formed in 1998 by co-founder Mark A. Kahrs, Attorney at Law. RECHECK handles all types of delinquent accounts including consumer, commercial, medical, professional account receivables, NSF checks and payday loan accounts. RECHECK currently serves clients throughout Kansas and the Midwest region. As a practicing licensed Kansas attorney, Mr. Kahrs has nearly fifteen years experience in collection law. He is President and owner of Kahrs Law Offices, P.A. and formerly served as the President of the Wichita Credit Attorney's Association. In addition, he is an active member of the Kansas Credit Attorney's Association and a frequent lecturer on Collection law.

Our trained staff operates in full compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, while a Kansas licensed attorney, who oversees the collection process, stands ready to answer your collection questions and offer client contract consultation at no additional charge.

Locally Owned and Operated
RECHECK is locally owned and operated and is centrally located in downtown Wichita's Garvey Business Center. Our office hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
